What we collect, and when

When you fill in the contact form: your name, job title, company, e-mail, phone (optional) and message. They are sent to us by e-mail; the website itself does not store them.

When you write to us directly or call us: the information you give us. When you apply for a job by e-mail: your CV and message.

To protect the form against bots, Cloudflare Turnstile analyses technical signals from your browser, and your IP address is kept in hashed form for 24 hours at most to limit the number of submissions. Cloudflare may set a technical security cookie. The website does not measure its audience. The hosting provider keeps technical access logs for security.

To answer your request and, where relevant, offer you our services (business-to-business prospecting). You can object at any time, free of charge.

Who can access it

The managing director and authorised We Are Beebay staff. Your messages reach us through Microsoft 365 (data hosted in France, via our subsidiary WAB EUROPE, Paris). Technical providers: OVH (hosting, France) and Cloudflare (website delivery and bot protection, United States). Your data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties.

How long

Prospects and business contacts: 3 years after your last contact with us.

Unsuccessful applications: 2 years maximum, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Under Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify and object. Write to [email protected].
